Most recently, while coaching at the University of Louisville he had three consecutive Elite 8 appearances, an NCAA College Cup Final, and a number-one national ranking. Sixteen players were drafted into Major League Soccer (MLS) in the last six seasons at Louisville, the most of any program in the country.
