After 30 years as a head coach at the collegiate level, Ken Lolla has fluidly transitioned into coaching and teaching success principles to the corporate world. The same principles that guided Ken in his success as a coach, are taught to help organizations and teams reach their full potential. He presently works with large corporations, small businesses, athletic departments and programs, as well as individuals, seeking to improve their culture and leadership abilities.
